1. Overview

HitUp.ai, operated by Kecskeméti Levente e.v., provides curated and enriched business lead lists. Due to the nature of our service — which involves immediate costs for sourcing, processing, and enrichment — we do not offer money-back guarantees or performance-based guarantees (such as replies or conversions).

Refunds are only provided in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • We fail to deliver the purchased number of leads (e.g., fewer than 100 leads in a package of 100)
  • A duplicate payment is processed in error
  • A clear service error on our part prevents delivery of the promised lead list

Refunds are not available for reasons such as lack of replies, sales outcomes, or dissatisfaction with lead responses.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us at levente@hitup.ai within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your account email and order details
  • Describe the issue clearly (e.g., undelivered leads or duplicate charge)

We will review requests and respond within 72 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4. Limitations

  • Refunds, if approved, are issued back to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds are not available
  • All payments are processed in USD through Stripe
  • Once the promised lead list has been delivered in full, no refunds will be granted

5. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.
