Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using HitUp.ai ("Service"), operated by Kecskeméti Levente e.v., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HitUp.ai provides AI-assisted B2B lead generation. The Service includes:

Collecting potential business leads from a combination of publicly available and third-party sources
Enriching and ranking those leads using AI models and proprietary processing
Delivering a curated list of 100 business leads that best match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

The Service does not include email outreach, campaign management, or guaranteed replies.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you may need to provide a valid email address and onboarding details. Authentication is handled via magic links (no passwords are stored).

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits misuse of the data and unlawful outreach.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

$100 for 100 leads.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen method.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the promised amount of leads or in the case of duplicate billing. No performance guarantees are offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and processes of the Service remain the property of Kecskeméti Levente e.v. Lead data is sourced from third parties and provided "as is."

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business opportunities. You are solely responsible for lawful use of the leads provided.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
