HitUp.ai, operated by Kecskeméti Levente e.v., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Email address – for account creation, magic link login, and communication
• Onboarding information – business details you provide to define your ICP
• Lead data – enriched lead lists we generate for you
• Payment information – processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details)

• Delivering your purchased leads
• Refining ICP definitions and ranking leads (via AI, including OpenAI)
• Managing accounts and payments
• Complying with legal obligations

We share information only with essential providers:

• Stripe – payment processing
• Supabase – database and authentication
• Vercel – hosting and analytics
• OpenAI – processes onboarding details and structured lead attributes to refine ICP definitions and rank leads. No payment data is sent.
• External data providers – we may use third-party enrichment and search services (e.g. search engines, enrichment APIs, and AI models) to identify and process publicly available business information.

• TLS encryption for data in transit
• Restricted database access
• Secure hosting infrastructure

• Account data kept while active, deleted within 30 days of closure
• Leads retained for delivery; deletable on request
• Legal/tax data retained as required by Hungarian law
